In a survey, TD Bank asked 508 small-business owners what they loved about owning their own business. 96% said they loved the flexibility and also loved working with their customers. However, almost half the owners surveyed said bookkeeping was their least favourite task. Now here at MVH we love bookkeeping, but we are not surprised by the survey’s findings. The 58% of business owners in the survey who were working more than sixty hours a week understandably found the bookkeeping side of things time consuming and very draining. At MVH we are energised by the things you find draining; bookkeeping, credit control, payroll and tax forms. We can’t all be the same, but we can all help each other.
